In that role, Jody was instrumental in creating many of the products we use today. In August of 2018, Jody became the Vice President of Data Analytics, leading our critical data initiatives. Prior to coming to Katz, Jody spent several years leading the product team at Media Ocean. **How has working at Katz impacted your career?** My work at Katz has presented amazing challenges and opportunities for growth. I have been able to work on many great projects with a diverse group of people. I have accomplished far more in my career by working with people at Katz who believed in my abilities even when I was not so sure myself and challenged me to step up. **What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?** Be open to anything, don't always believe that your life should follow a predetermined path. The most unexpected things can yield the greatest rewards. **Share a "fun fact" about yourself!** I really don't like having my picture taken. I am notorious for avoiding it at all costs. This one is the first and last for many, many years. In fact, it could be a collectors item. **Who or what is inspiring to you?** I am inspired by the people I come into contact with at Katz and the faith they have in our groups ability to translate their visions into the software tools they need to do their job. **What attribute or skill has helped you the most in your career?** I don't give up. If you can't get there one way, I will look for another way.
