Coming back to Katz this time around has allowed me to marry the skills I learned from both experiences. | | --- | **What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?** | Raise your hand and volunteer. Always be willing to go the extra mile and take on additional projects.  Doing this gives you insight to all aspects of the company and will give the confidence to decide the direction you may choose to take for your future. | | --- | **Share a "fun fact" about yourself?** | I have done 4 Triathlons | | --- | **Who or what is inspiring to you?** | My father | | --- | **What attribute or skill has helped you the most in your career?** | My ability to speak to and relate to people whether they are a CEO or an assistant.  Making them each feel just as important no matter what level they are within the company hierarchy. | | --- | Topics: [Katz Media Group](https://insights.katzlive.com/womens-history-month-2019/topic/katz-media-group), [Katz Radio Group](https://insights.katzlive.com/womens-history-month-2019/topic/katz-radio-group), [Women's History Month 2019](https://insights.katzlive.com/womens-history-month-2019/topic/womens-history-month-2019), [Liz Stillman](https://insights.katzlive.com/womens-history-month-2019/topic/liz-stillman) ## About Us Anyone can make an impression.  Influence is earned.
