My first time, I worked as a Marketing Coordinator in a group called Katz Advantage, which is now KRG’s Activation Group. I left to switch fields to event planning and then went back to school to pursue my Masters in Human Resources. After completing my degree, I was fortunate enough to come back and work for Katz in a different role. Coming back here showed me that I truly appreciate what I have, what I have learned, and what I continue to learn on a daily basis, both personally and professionally. **What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?** Be yourself! It’s so important to show your true sense of who you are and what you are capable of doing. Also, do not rush to get to the top right away-good things take time. It’s important to master your current role in order to move forward and successfully. **Share a "fun fact" about yourself!** I have dual citizenship-I was born in Canada and became a US citizen two years ago-it only took a few decades! **Who or what is inspiring to you?** My family-they have been my biggest support throughout both my personal and professional goals and I am forever grateful.
