Working at Katz has taught me how to take challenges and make them into opportunities.   Every day I learn something new about the company, the industry, technology and much more that has led to a satisfying career thus far. | | --- | **What advice would you give women entering the workforce now?** | First - I would say find a place of employment where you believe in the product or services of that company.   It will help motivate you day in and day out. Second - Excel at your current position but continue to learn & grow every day. There is always something more you could be doing to help yourself grow both personally and professionally. These are key ingredients for success. | | --- | **Share a "fun fact" about yourself?** | I am avid golfer and really enjoy meeting others players within my group. Interacting with 3 other people during a round can tell you a lot about their character.  Golfers are a special breed ... think about it we spend 4+ hours chasing after a little white ball for fun.
